We want you to be completely satisfied! All items we sell offer a 2 week money back guarantee provided the following:
  • Timeline: The item must be shipped back within 2 weeks from leaving our facility.
  • RMA#: In order to ensure proper credit, all returns must have a RMA# before shipping.  Email kristie@blocksaddlecompany.com for a RMS#.
  • Restock Fee: There is not a restock fee on returned items, except on special orders.  You can still return a Special Order saddle with a 20% return fee.
  • Condition:Unused item will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or horse hair in original packaging and tags.
  • Shipping: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable, if your item was eligible for free shipping the actual cost of shipping paid by us will be deducted from your refund.  Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
    International Customers: Ship returns with USPS. Brokerage Fees are your responsibility; Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments will be refused.
  • Cancellations: There is no cancellation fee for a special order or back-ordered saddle that is canceled within 1 week of the order date. Special order or back-ordered saddles will have a 10% cancellation fee if cancelled after 1 week of ordering

Defective Items and Warranty Work

If you receive a defective item that is outside of the normal quality of the manufacturer or if you need warranty work, we will either repair the item or replace the item. We require a digital photograph of the defect to determine the condition of the item. Some problems can be fixed without sending the item back and forth. All warranty work must be within the manufacturer's specified warranty period and is usually performed through the manufacturer.

Secure Ordering and your Privacy

We offer online secure ordering which means that your credit card number cannot be intercepted by a third party during the transaction. As an additional security measure credit card numbers are deleted from our system within 1 month of transaction.

We do not collect any information about our customers to be sold or lended to a third party. We may occasionally send out flyers or informational emails to active customers.
